The Stepping Up program allows members of the Young Professionals Network to visit local high school career classes and talk about how they got where they are: education, experience, internships, jobs, community involvement, volunteer groups, etc. The students enjoy hearing what current professionals did right in their journey and what they would have done differently. It’s a great chance to get involved in YP, and whether you’re an engineer, an architect or a marketing professional, students truly love to hear about your career! Each timeslot includes three YP members from different industries.
This year, we will be visiting St. Mary’s High School, Century High School, Bismarck High School and Shiloh Christian High School on various dates in April. For more information or to sign up for a time slot, please contact Stepping Up Coordinator Megan Jundt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
