Ambassador Team - "Welcome to the Network"
Young Professionals recognize that active, energetic, young people make a community a more exciting and fun place to live and work. The Ambassador Team consists of a dedicated and energetic team of YP's that will focus on welcoming new YP's to the Bismarck-Mandan area and connecting them to the community.
YP Ambassadors connect with local businesses to set up meetings with their new employees for lunch, coffee, or perhaps after-work socials. The meetings will be educational in nature, but held in a social setting. We see this as a great way to create awareness about the YPN to new young professionals in the community, as well as a way for businesses to develop a competitive advantage in recruitment and retention of their young employees.
Mission: To connect young professionals to the Bismarck-Mandan community; a welcoming and vibrant place to live. Through individual and small group get togethers, business education, and new member welcomes, we hope to help YPer's find their niche.
